For example, powder material transport trucks (commonly known as powder tank trucks) have experienced a wave of "aluminum alloy" wind from the past few years.
First, let me talk about the structure of the powder tanker. The feed port of the powder tanker is generally above the tank body, and the discharge requires an air compressor to pressurize the inside of the tank body to "blow out" the powder inside. Therefore, depending on the medium, the shape of the tank body of the powder tanker tends to be quite different. For example, most of the more common special cement tankers for cementing have the structure shown in the figure above.
The pipeline at the front of the trailer is connected to the air compressor. The external gas is divided into multiple strands through the pipeline and injected into different positions of the tank body to better discharge the material.
The discharge port is located at the end of the tank. Regardless of whether it is the intake pipe or the discharge pipe, the pipe directly connected to the tank has only one section, and then it is connected to the other end of the pipe through a piece of hose. In this way, if the pipeline is blocked, it can be disassembled and repaired.
Light weight, low residual rate, more than 1 ton
Everyone knows that aluminum sheet for vertical powder tanker have the advantage of light weight. According to the staff, the minimum weight of this 28.5 square aluminum tank truck can be 4.88 tons, which can reduce the weight of 1.2-1.6 tons compared to iron tanks.
On the other hand, compared with the iron plate material, the surface of aluminum sheet for vertical powder tanker is smoother, so the internal boring residual rate is lower. Generally, iron cans often have about 150 kg of powder remaining after unloading, while aluminum cans only have about 80 kg of powder left. In fact, this is equivalent to an additional 70 kilograms of weight in the iron can.
Because of this, in the current situation of stricter oversight, aluminum tank trucks can pull more than 1 ton of goods compared to iron cans, and can increase a lot of income in freight. Therefore, the market share of aluminum tank trucks has been expanding in recent years.
No need to spray paint, more environmentally friendly
Because aluminum alloy is not easy to rust and corrode, and the appearance is inherently beautiful, aluminum tank trucks do not need to be painted like iron tank trucks. Nowadays, environmental protection policies are becoming more and more stringent. After spray painting is exempted, the production of aluminum alloy tankers will be less shackles. Reduce the process, increase the production capacity, and ultimately the cost allocated to each vehicle can be reduced.
On the other hand, because the outer surface of aluminum alloy is very bright and easy to reflect light, the rear part of the car is generally treated with anti-glare treatment. There are generally two treatment methods, one is simple painting, the other is polishing, such as the pattern shown in the figure below.
Special assembly process
Everyone knows that the same material can be welded, but different materials cannot be welded. Therefore, the assembly process of aluminum alloy tank cars will be different from that of iron tank cars.
First of all, some accessories that do not need to be removed may be directly set to the body of the body. For example, the brake water tank of this car is directly placed on the roof, and the tool box of some models is also directly hidden under the front of the tank.
However, there are some parts on the vehicle that cannot be used with aluminum sheet for vertical powder tanker, such as axles and traction pins. The riveting process is used for this. Compared with bolts, this connection method is stronger and more reliable.
Nowadays, the technology of aluminum alloy powder tanker is relatively perfect, and the market share and user feedback are relatively good. As all parts of the country further increase the control of overweight, aluminum alloy powder tankers with lighter weight will further occupy the market.
