The solution to the cracking of the aluminum wave plate of the tank truck

  1. Increase the thickness of the aluminum corrugated plate: the thickness of the aluminum corrugated plate of the tank car is 2mm. Due to the weakening of the strength and stiffness at the opening, the fatigue life is fully considered, and the thickness of the corrugated plate is increased. ability to reduce cracking.
  2. Change the structural form of the aluminum corrugated board: due to the poor stiffness of the aluminum alloy, in order to increase its stiffness, a corrugation is punched out on the anti-wave board. Then use two corrugated boards with a width of 100mm, and connect the upper, middle and lower wave boards with bolts in the middle (length direction) of the anti-wave board to form a whole and enhance its ability to resist the impact of liquid. 
  3. Change the manufacturing and installation process of the wave-proof board: For the convenience of installation, the factory processes one end of the bolt hole of the wave-proof board into an oblong bolt hole. When the wave-proof board is subjected to a longitudinal impact force, the corrugated plate can move there, so the stress concentration is caused here. In order to eliminate or reduce the stress concentration at this place, it is recommended that the factory process this place into a circular hole. Due to the deviation of the tank body and the angle steel support plate during the manufacturing and installation process, the installation connection hole at one end of the anti-wave plate should be drilled and installed on site to prevent the installation hole from being too large and causing stress concentration.
